Are the gemstones natural?

Yes. Alison Mariot jewellery features 100% natural gemstones, selected for their authenticity, natural colour and individual character. No synthetic stones are used. Because each stone is formed by the earth, no two pieces are identical — slight variations in tone and depth are the record of how the stone was made.

What materials do you use?

Our collections are made from 925 sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil, premium 316L steel, titanium, and exotic leather. Gold finishes are applied over solid metal — never brass or alloy fill.

Is the packaging included?

Yes. Every order arrives in the Alison Mariot signature box at no additional cost, ready to be given as a gift.

Is there a warranty?

All Alison Mariot jewellery is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. Full details are on our warranty page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request an exchange or return within 30 days from delivery. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging. See our exchange and return policy.

How long does delivery take?

How do I care for my jewellery?

Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion and cleaning products. Store each piece separately in the pouch provided, and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, on selected pieces. Engraved orders require 48 hours of preparation and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order.
